The every-year growing Trade Fair is one of the top-3 assets of the WOMEX participation and the nerve centre of our annual event.
WOMEX 08 saw two sold out halls with 320 stands and 650 exhibiting companies (presenting an increase of 20%), including numerous umbrella stands of countries, regions, networks and other joint-venture structures.
Our pre-built stands are 3 x 2 m2 and include shell schemes, lights, electricity, 4 chairs and 1 table (choice of 2 sizes). We will make available online an exhibitor manual shortly.

The Trade Fair will be open from Wednesday, 28 October to Sunday, 01 November. And, to make your lives easier, the stand set-up can begin on Wednesday afternoon, exact time to be announced. Trade Fair set-down will start from 14:00 on Sunday afternoon.
A diverse selection of food and refreshments will be available at Bella Center during WOMEX opening hours for all who want to meet, greet and eat.
