Jury
The 7 Samurai

As every year, WOMEX has invited seven well-respected members of the WOMEX network to join the WOMEX Jury. They always represent a mixture of people and regions and musical tastes. The Jury - we like to call them the 7 Samurai - work on the programme selection. In 2010 two Jury members will collaborate on the Conference Sessions, while the other five concentrate on selecting the Showcase artists.

Film proposals are independently juried by the IMZ International Music + Media Centre, Vienna.
