WOMEX 10 Schedule Overview
Pre-WOMEX online stand booking is now closed. You can still book a stand on arrival at WOMEX - subject to capacity.
The bustling Trade Fair is one of the top-3 assets of the WOMEX participation and the nerve centre of our annual event. This is were the international world music community meets to do business: artists, festivals, labels, distributors, regional umbrella stands...
WOMEX 09 saw 280 stands and 650 exhibiting companies, including numerous umbrella stands from countries, regions, networks and other joint-venture structures.
The Trade Fair will be open from Wednesday 27 to Saturday 30 October.
The standard WOMEX stand unit is 3x2m in size and includes 1 table, 4 chairs, shell schemes, lights and 1,3 Kw power supply.
In 2010 the Trade Fair is set around an exhibition hall on the ground floor and further stands on the balcony close to the lounge and internet area. Conference areas and Daycases will be closely integrated and invite everybody to stop by.
A diverse selection of food and refreshments will be available during WOMEX opening hours for all who want to meet, greet and eat.

Delivery and Storage
This year there are 3 options for delivering your goods to Forum. You can hire your own transport company and accept the goods in person when you are at WOMEX, or send your goods directly to Forum Copenhagen to arrive from Friday 22 October onwards and we will store them until your arrival. The third option is to send your goods with the assistance of our official freight forwarder, DSV, which comes at an extra cost.

The Trade Fair closes on Saturday night and you can organise your own transport to pick up your material on Saturday only between 18:00 – 24:00. You have to be present to meet your transport company on site. You can also use the services of DSV (costs involved).

New Opening Hours
The Trade Fair will be open to all WOMEX delegates from Wednesday afternoon 27 to Saturday 30 October 2010.
OPENING HOURS:
Wednesday: 14:00 - 18:00 (sneak preview for early birds)
Thursday: 9:00 - 18:00
Friday: 10:00 - 18:00
Saturday: 10:00 - 18:00
Fully paid pre-registered delegates can already pick up their passes on Wednesday from 10:00 onwards.
Build-Up and Take-Down Hours for Exhibitors
Only exhibitors can enter Forum during Build Up and Take Down hours and need a work permit to do so. Please send an email to production@womex.com.
Build-Up
Tuesday: 8:00 - 21:00
Wednesday: 8:00 - 12:00
Take-Down:
Saturday: 18:00 - 24:00
Join us on Sunday for the final Networking Breakfast offered to all delegates by WOMEX from 10:00 in DR Koncerthuset, followed by the highly regarded WOMEX Awards Ceremony at 12:00.
