WOMEX Jury
The 7 Samurai

Once again WOMEX has invited seven well-respected members of the WOMEX network to join the WOMEX Jury - here they are!
As with every year, they represent a mixture of people and regions and musical tastes. The Jury - we like to call them the 7 Samurai - will be deciding on showcase artists and the conferences. To be fair and allow for maximum diversity from year to year, the Jury have full independence from WOMEX. The decisions they make are entirely their own.

For more information on how to propose a Showcase Artist or Conference Session click here.

The deadline for proposals was 27 April 2007!!
