A WOMEX registration gives you access to ALL WOMEX 07 events plus a 1-year-membership to virtualWOMEX .
No registration possible between 12 - 24 October 2007. We are moving our office to Sevilla and will not be able to deal with any registrations until WOMEX starts on Wednesday, 24 October at 15:00. You still have the possibility to attend WOMEX 07 by registering upon arrival at FIBES.

No registration between 12 - 24 Oct! After Fri 12 Oct we can only deal with your registration at the door because we need some time to change our administration from Berlin to Sevilla. In this case the Walk-Up Rate applies.
If you are a WOMEX Conference main speaker or WOMEX Showcase artist you will get your registration for free. If not, you have to pay like everybody else to join the party. WOMEX is a strictly no-guest-list event, but we try to keep our registration fees as low as possible. So if you plan to come, be smart and register early to keep your expenses to the necessary minimum. Fighting for funding (local, national, international, cultural or commercial) for your WOMEX visit is a good way to educate public and private structures that music is a major force in both global trade and cultural exchange and it will hopefully add to your budget at the same time.
WOMEX 07 Registration policies - please read:
1. In € (Euro) currency only
2. All prices include VAT at appropriate rates
3. Payments can be made in cash, by credit card or bank transfer - no cheques accepted
4. All bank costs to be covered by registrant
5. For credit card payment WOMEX charges 5 % handling fee
6. Deadlines are payment receipt deadlines
7. Registration and booking only valid with a completed registration form and full payment
8. Proof of full payment must accompany registration form
9. WOMEX will not be responsible for any 3rd party liability incurred by participants as a result of any alteration of format, date and location of the event
10. Name changes are subject to a 50,- € charge
11. Any cancellation must be received in writing, refund is subject to a 20 % administrative charge
12. No refunds after Fri 7 Sep 2007
13. No public playing of music at trade fair
14. Registrations are accepted subject to event capacity
15. Participants are entitled to attend all WOMEX events, subject to venue capacity

No stand booking possible from 12 - 24 October 2007. We are moving our office to Sevilla and will not be able to deal with any bookings until WOMEX starts on Wednesday, 24 October at 15:00. You still have the possibility to book a stand at WOMEX 07 upon arrival at FIBES.
Year by year the WOMEX Trade Fair grows, this year selling out faster than ever before - 240 stands gone before midsummer's day. Yet requests for additional stands kept pouring in, the waiting list grew and the phone calls and emails lined up faster than cut-rate tourists in a duty-free frenzy. We can now announce the opening of a second hall right alongside the first. To assure plenty of delegate traffic, we're relocating the Delegate Lounge (with free computers connected to the Internet) into the same hall, adding catering and a coffee bar and other features so that you can be assured of plenty of activity.
The new trade fair hall - the middle pavilion of FIBES - will be accommodating another 70 stands.
Our equal-stands-for-all rule and keep-the-volume-down policy help create the unique WOMEX ambience so different from any other music fairs.
