The every-year growing Trade Fair is one of the top-3 assets of the WOMEX participation and the nerve centre of our annual event.
WOMEX 08 saw two sold out halls with 320 stands and 650 exhibiting companies (presenting an increase of 20%), including numerous umbrella stands of countries, regions, networks and other joint-venture structures.
Our pre-built stands are 3 x 2 m2 and include shell schemes, lights, electricity, 4 chairs and 1 table (choice of 2 sizes). Please find the exhibitor manual here.
Besides the main Trade Fair hall with 269 stand units, we have additional exhibition space in the Centre Hall where you will find various umbrella stands and the Mondomix TV studio.

The Trade Fair will be open from Wednesday, 28 October to Sunday, 01 November.

Exhibitors can enter Bella Center on 28 October from 08:00 until 21:00 to set up their stands, but have to apply for a work permit at: production@womex.com if they wish to do so.
Stand take down is November 1, 14:00 - 24:00.
A diverse selection of food and refreshments will be available at Bella Center during WOMEX opening hours for all who want to meet, greet and eat.
