SPECIAL FOCUS: NORDIC CLUB
MORE CONFERENCE SESSIONS
Dear WOMEXicans,
A first for WOMEX, we'll have a sixth stage entirely dedicated to
Nordic music. The last Conference announcement includes one-off
sessions and a special seminar...
SPECIAL FOCUS: NORDIC CLUB
WOMEX moves to a new region with new traditions... And so we've created a special focus... For the first time this year we are adding an additional stage. Called the Nordic Club, the stage will feature artists from Iceland, Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Finland - running all three Showcase nights. Yes, that means a full five nighttime stages this year, and an extra nine shows.
Here are the artists:
- Bazar Blå (Sweden)
- Johan Sara Jr. Group (Norway)
- Lepistö&Lehti (Finland)
- Mágil (Iceland/Belgium)
- Nordic (Sweden)
- Unni Løvlid (Norway)
- Valravn (Denmark)
- Wimme (Finland)
- Zar (Denmark)
