Please consider what pages you really need before printing it out as it contains 29 pages (1,8 MB):

Some more reading for you... We are also making the WOMEX 09 Guide available online with full write-ups on the complete WOMEX programme. Please note that the delegates listing is not included to avoid any kind of data misuse. We recommend that you don't print it out. This file has 121 pages (26 MB). The Guide is already included in the WOMEX Bag handed out to you at Bella Center.

1. Pre-Registration Closed - Walk-Ups Welcome!
Pre-registration for WOMEX 09 is closed. But no one - and we mean no one - will ever be turned away. Come to Copenhagen on Wednesday, 28 October, or any other WOMEX day and sign up right there at the door. We guarantee you'll get in. Book your hotel, book your flight and come join us for the world's foremost world music expo.

2. How to get to WOMEX
Full information on how to arrive and how to get to the WOMEX daytime venue Bella Center or the nighttime venue Copenhagen Concert Center is available online at:

Bella Center is only three stations away from the airport if you combine regional train and metro.
Copenhagen Concert Center is only two stations away from Bella Center by metro ( line M1).
The metro operates 24/7 - at 4 to 6 minute intervals during the day and evening hours and every 15-20 minutes during the night.
3. Check-in at WOMEX
The WOMEX Registration is situated in Bella Center just inside the main entrance. Registration and Trade Fair stand set-up begins at 15:00 on Wednesday, 28 October. Exhibitors can ask for a special work permit, contact production@womex.com if you need to start earlier on Wednesday. Local media - come visit us at the Media Counter for your accreditations.
All other delegates (including those having paid the media rate!) should do the following:

Go collect your WOMEX Badge at the Pre-Registration Counter.
Not yet booked, not paid or partially paid →
Go to the Walk-Up Registration Counter. We accept Euros as well as Danish Kroner, but change will be given back in local currency.
4. Arriving after the Registration Opening Times
If you are running late on Wednesday and can't make it to Bella Center before attending the WOMEX Opening - The Great Nordic Night - starting at 20:00 at the Copenhagen Concert Center: We will have a guest list of all delegates who registered before 9 October 2009 at the Opening entrance - so don't worry - if you have pre-registered and fully paid (!) you will get in, even if you didn't manage to pick up your badge at Bella Center beforehand. Same for Thursday and Friday: we will have a delegates list at Copenhagen Concert Center...
5. Postering/Smoking/Music at the Trade Fair/Payment
And now, the boring stuff: No postering allowed at Bella Center - inside or outside. No exceptions. No music in the Trade Fair halls unless played back on headphones. Also, smoking is only allowed outdoors, neither inside Bella Center nor inside Copenhagen Concert Center. It is possible to pay in Euros at Bella Center. The change will be given to you in Danish Kroner.
OPENING & FESTIVAL: TICKETS AVAILABLE FOR THE GENERAL PUBLIC
For the first time we will also sell WOMEX Opening tickets to the general public. Don't miss the The Great Nordic Night at the Copenhagen Concert Center (Koncerthuset) on Wednesday, 28 October, 20:00.
