Dear WOMEXicans,

It's time to register for WOMEX 10 in Copenhagen, Denmark, taking place from Wednesday, 27 to Sunday, 31 October.



ONLINE REGISTRATION NOW OPEN


The WOMEX 10 online registration is now open. The registration fees remain the same as in 2009. Early buyers can purchase bargain tickets at Smart Rate until Friday, 18 June 2010. Tickets are only available for the full 5-day package and give access to all WOMEX events - daytime and nighttime. Register now for WOMEX 10 - just fill out the online form on our secure link here.

We've also sent out an email with a personalised link to everyone who registered last year - with all your information already filled in. To register for WOMEX 10 simply proofread the registration form and submit it again.

Don't let the Danish VAT - 25% - scare you! Companies from outside Denmark can apply for VAT reimbursement for goods and services purchased in Denmark here

We are moving the daytime venue from Bella Center in the suburbs to Forum Copenhagen in the lively city centre. Trade fair stand sale will start in late April.

This year's daytime venue Forum Copenhagen is located in an animated downtown area offering a broad variety of catering choices nearby: restaurants, take away shops, a bakery, even a supermarket...

We invite you to share your own Copenhagen recommendations, opinions, experiences with other WOMEX delegates on our Facebook Fan page. We will also make available on our website a list of hotels shortly. Should you want to book a hotel on your own, please make sure it's close to the metro line M1.

We are looking for photographers to cover this year's event in Copenhagen. To apply, please send a biography and direct us to your online photo gallery, so we can get a clear idea of your work and experience.

CLANDESTINO FESTIVAL, SWEDEN (ADVERTISEMENT)


Clandestino Festival 11-13 June 2010

Welcome to an alternative global underground festival. Together with Novotel Goteborg we offer a package including hotel room and festival ticket.
