  • The fee for use over a 6 month period is 55 Euro
  • The fee for use over a 12 month period is 99 Euro
  • Calculate exchange rates.

  • Termination of contract can be done at any point up to the last month before the participation period expires (informal notice of cancellation to be done through e-mail virtual@womex.com, only valid with a confirmation from virtualWOMEX); otherwise your membership will be extended automatically.

In Euro-currency only / full payment or proof of money transfer must accompany registration form / registration only valid with a completed Registration Form / virtualWOMEX will not be responsible for any 3rd party liability incurred by participants as a result of any alteration of format, date and location of the website / all prices include VAT at appropriate rate / any cancellation must be received as an email to virtual@womex.com / your registration includes the building up of your own virtual trade fair stand into the expo halls of virtualWOMEX at www.womex.com, access to all areas of virtualWOMEX and the right to submit data into virtualWOMEX / This contract is based on our General Terms of Bussiness of the virtualWOMEX which you can find at.
