Saudade Portuguese word, that defines an entire country. Soft and melancolic memory of the
absent one, place or something far.

"A Sombra" represents a state of mind. having in Saudade it's most representative feeling.
Trough the personification of this feeling, "A Sombra" assumes a human figure so that it can
sing to his beloved one , his country and to all the things that are missed. All this things, are
represented in stage by the female voice, voice of hope, belief and innocence. Despite sharing
the same stage, it's on the immaterial plan that they meet, being the music and the musicians
a bridge for that encounter. Trough songs that take us to places and feelings, "A Sombra", is a
tribute to all of those that being far, miss something or someone. It's also a tribute to Portugal,
it's people and it's most beautiful places.
"A Sombra" isn't dark, because we only miss the good things."
