In our work we are high-lighting contemporary music with traditional roots, classical non-western music and avantgarde ethno-acoustic sounds. We are working in three main fields of action:

management
* alba Kultur is representing as world wide management some very talented, outstanding artists - composers, performing musicians, bands. We try to support them in their creations, to develop their artistic opportunities to present themselves on international stages.
Exclusiv artists: Ahoar, Adesa, Egschiglen, Galata Mevlevi Ensemble
* We are offering the tour bookings
* Though our own label Heaven and Earth we are producing their albums, which are distributed internationally.

promotor of concerts and special events
* In collaboration with various local partners alba Kultur developed the monthly concert serie of "Klangkosmos" to be offered to audiences in many cities in North-Rhein-Westfalia. We introduce global sounds and give the audience a chance to discover outstanding artists from all over the world live on stage.
* We produced the networking project of six cities in the Rhein-Ruhr area focusing the music of migrants from Turkey living in this region: "Music of the Imaginary Turkey"
* We produced festivals in collaboration with city councils and NGOs like "Kemnade International 2001" (music from Turkey and the turkish diaspora in Europe) in Bochum, "Musica Sacra - Music of the Islam 2002" and "Musica Sacra - Klangkosmos Islam 2005" in Paderborn, "Ozeanien - Cult and Vision" 2002 in Detmold - and many more.
* We produced the first edition of "creole - Award for world music from Germany", regional edition for North Rhine Westphalia 2006 and produced the first national edition of "creole 2007"

consulting
* We are working as consultant of global music for international, national and regional NGOs in culture (festivals, art conventions, media, institutions against under development, religious institutions, editions, labels, venues, networks for performing art, artists etc.), with international and local public institutions and organisations (arts councils, Ministries of Culture, art schools and academies etc.)
