Yntaev Urmat is a founder of the group, producer and art-adviser, ideologist of the throat singing's variety. In 1997 he founded the group "Karaty Kaan" in the village Ulagan of the Republic Altai which was renamed to "AltaiKai" in 2000. Urmat arranges music himself and also performs throat singing.
