Neal is the executive director of AMP Concerts, a non-profit concert production company.
AMP puts on 50 to 60 events in the Albuquerque/Santa Fe region of New Mexico, with a focus on world, folk and eclectic music.
AMP is one of the coordinators of ¡Globalquerque! - New Mexico's Annual Celebration of World Music and Culture - occurring every September. AMP also coordinates the entertainment for the International Folk Art Market in Santa Fe and works collaboratively with many organizations, including the Zoukfest World Music Camp and the Bantu & Timbuka Camps.
Neal Copperman also hosts the Global Music show on KUNM and does a bit of freelance writing.
