Teymour Housego has established himself as one of the UK's leading multi-cultural flautists. Teymour went on to co-found the flamenco fusion group Alcazaba whose debut album was released by Universal in July 2009 to much critical acclaim. He has also been featured prominently on several other acclaimed albums and film scores including Niraj Chag's 'Along the Dusty Road', Shivanova's 'Secret Chants' and the IMAX film Sea Monsters. He has collaborated with numerous other musicians including Michael Jackson, Nitin Sawhney, Talvin Singh, Jethro Tull and the Bombay Dub Orchestra amongst others.

His new and surprisingly début album 'Haunting Bazaar' (waiting to be released), co-composed with the brilliant French guitarist and singer Yves Mesnil, reflects his musical journey from the sounds he grew up with as a young boy in India, through the decade he spent between London and Paris, exploring the wealth and diversity of musicians these two cities have to offer, many of whom he has brought together on this project.

The album is a sublime collection of transcultural songs and vocally-infused instrumental pieces, some acoustic whilst others are laced with a dash of electronica, punctuated by Teymour's haunting bamboo flute playing and Yves Mesnil's unique style of lyrical guitar playing and entrancing atmospheric vocals. Teymour will be touring Haunting Bazaar with his group in the summer of 2011.
