After a few bars of music by this trio it becomes evident that we
are listening to 3 people who are united by enormous sympathy
for each other, experience and improvisatory mastership. Their
credo is the beauty of melody embedded in a powerful energetic
world of sound, in which freedom and responsibility merge.
This is jazz that tells its personal stories.
The title describes caution and subtlety of the trio's music on the
one hand and on the other hand daringness in their pursuit of
freedom with respect to form and expression. Coming from the
avantgarde the three musicians realize their wealth of experience
allowing them to explore profundity without overburdening their
audience and at the same time convey beauty without compromising
artistic integrity.
