Flutist and vocalist Jérome « Jî » Drû belongs to a new generation of musicians very distant from classi patterns. Indeedhe expresses his skills throught a wide range of styles such as Soul, Jazz, Hip Hop and World style. He has toured with Troublemakers, Doctor L, Toma Sibidé, Jeff Sharel, Château Flight along with Julien Lourau, Omar Sosa, Mike Ladd and Stephane Belmondo in several concerts and well know festivals. He now presents his own project « Director's cut » released by Comet records. This work gives a predominant place to voice and words. The compositions reveal a fine tuned skill of songwriter as well as a real skill as performer and producer and brings breathing and minimalist voices along with hypnotic bass lines.
