The musical encounter involving the musicians Egberto Gismonti, Jan Garbarek and Charlie Haden in the late 1970s was a shining moment in the artistic career of each one, yielding albums and a series of concerts in Europe. Not by chance, the trio was named "Magico". Thirty years later, the recording of one of those presentations, held at Amerika Haus in Munich, Germany, comes to the public in the form of a newly released double CD Carta de Amor, launched in Brazil on this month of October, thanks to a successful partnership between ECM and Borandá since 2011. The album will be released in other parts of the world only on next month, November'2012.
