If it is true that you can speak well only of the things you know well, then Nicolas and the other members of Eté 67 have a sound understanding of what life is like in today's world, a world that "forces you to believe without really believing", to say "that everything is ok and keep walking straight".
The band members were born at the time that vinyl was on its way out. To them, the Golden Sixties that supplied them with a name are a mixture of dog-eared photographs from a time when "digital" only had to do with fingers. Still their album radiates their love of this blissful and carefree time of pop and rock masterpieces.

"There is no need to be old to be good". Eté 67 is definite proof of that. A record that is precious because it steers clear of pretension. A record that is important because it's genuine, a rare occurrence these days. A record with the human touch, a splendid start!
