Super-smooth dub-infused grooves abound as Greek funkster unleashes this very special third album. Rolling with a sound that's half Bonobo, half Birdy Nam Nam, there's an instant lean towards the live stage as myriad international vocalists spit their wisdom over his fine-tuned beat work. Highlights across the superb deluxe package include the lolloping swing of "Babylon On Fire", the dusty cinematic emotion of the title track "Once Sometime" and the more subdued minor chord progression and luxurious soul-funk poignancy on "There Is A Sky Now". Arguably Cayetano's best work to date, there's a lot to chew on here.
