More than 1,000 participants from all around the world - including artists, agents, presenters, producers and observers - are expected to attend the 13th edition of CINARS Platform, recognized as a key event for performing arts professionals.
About 150 music, dance, theatre and multidisciplinary-arts performances will be showcased throughout the event, part of the official and the Off-CINARS programming, in several Montreal venues.
CINARS 2008 will combine two events into one: the Forum will foster exchanges among international performing arts professionals during two days of workshops on a variety of topics and challenges relative to the presentation and touring of international companies. The Marketplace is a three-day event that will feature a 150-booth Exhibition Room to promote exchanges among artists, agents, presenters, producers, and observers.
Moreover, CINARS 2008 will be focusing on South America, with three days of breakfast seminars that will help participants to better understand the various challenges involved in marketing productions in Argentina, Brazil and Chile.
