Idan Raichel Project to be released November 7

The second release on Cumbancha will be the international debut of The Idan Raichel Project, an Israeli collaborative that has become one of the biggest success stories in the history of Israeli popular music. Featuring over 70 musicians of diverse cultural backgrounds, including Ethiopian singers from Israel's growing community of Ethiopian jews, as well as Yemenite, Arab and Caribbean performers, the Idan Raichel Project has changed the face of Israeli music and offered a message of peace, love and tolerance in a region dominated by conflict and violence.
