The Darbar South Asian Music Festival is a "place where everyone expects and usually gets the highest quality performances of Indian classical music." (BBC Radio 3) It's also the place the premier stage for our UK artists.

It features:
Performances throughout the day
Music from across the sub-continent
Engaging music education sessions
Presents rare musical traditions
Actively promotes new talent

The Festival takes place every April.

In April 2009, the Festival takes places at London's South Bank; Leicester's Curve and The Sage in Newcastle.

Darbar is happy to share the artists it invites to Britain each year with other organisations.
