Darya Dadvar - born in Iran, living in Paris - finished her musical education in Toulouse /France in the year 2000 with a first degree. A talented National Conservatory graduate, who was already a remarkable soprano soloist and "World Music" singer and composer.

Darya's unique musical and dramatic talent in mixing Persian folk songs with some Jazz and Blues elements, places her among top Iranian "World Music" artists. Her art is influenced by her original Iranian-Persian culture and western music.

Darya sings in various Iranian dialects, such as Azari, Kurdi, and Guilaki, and through her performances, she takes us to a musical journey within Iran.

Darya is frequently invited to perform around the world: the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, etc.
