Sfinks Festival 2008

The 33rd edition of the Sfinks festival will take place from July 24th until July 27th 2008 in Boechout (near Antwerp)-Belgium. Sfinks is a world music festival open to all cultures. Over 60 bands from the five continents are featured on 6 stages. We opt for music, rooted in the culture of a country or a people and still appealing to a western audience : traditional and classical music, new developments and fusion. The festival is considered one of the foremost in Europe when it comes to world music. Consequently there is a great interest from the press, other organisations and of course the general public.
