For twelve Years, Tummel has brought their eclectic mix of balkan, klezmer, oriental and rock influences to an ever enthusiastic crowd across Europe. With hyper energy and great instrumental skill, Tummel turns any audience into a dancing frenezy. Starting out as an instrumental band with traditional material, the band has moved on to mainly own-composed material, and took a radical new step in 2008 when adding a vocalist and moving closer to the rock/pop genre. The band releases their 3rd studio album "Payback Time" in 2009, and has toured extensively in Scandinavia as well as Germany, Switzerland, UK, Finland, Denmark, Germany, Italy, Estonia etc. The band frequently also does workshops and school concerts.
