Northern Lights is the meeting place for folk/world music professionals in the Nordic countries.
Performers, teachers, promoters, organizers, agents, record companies, distributors, shops, publishers, journalists, instrument makers, scientists, music ethnologists, organizations - in short each and every one that is involved in what happens within our community gather at Northern Lights. Professionals from other countries who want to join in in the fun and share the experience are warmly welcome.
Northern Lights consists of an exhibition with presentations of activities and products, seminars, meetings, lectures, presentations, debates and discussions.
Northern Lights also includes a number of concerts and showcases offering opportunities for artists to present themselves and a possibility for organizers, promoters, record companies, agencies etc. to explore, discover and experience.
