Fjerdingøy, Hilde

Hilde Fjerdingøy is one of the top diatonic accordion players in Norway, known for her soulful, powerful and groovy style. She plays music from many different traditions in the Nordic countries and has entered deeply into the tradition of Helgeland, her home area in the north of Norway. Fjerdingøy is a member in the Swedish-Norwegian quartet Rim (www.rimfolk.se), who released their debut album 2015 and have been touring the Nordic countries and Balticum.
