Norway's biggest annual festival for international folk/trad/world music, taking place early July (July 7-10, 2011). The festival presents about 300 artists and 80 acts for 25000 visitors each year. Concerts, workshops, children's events, public dancing, exhibitions.

Førde is a small town in the fjord region on the western coast of Norway, surrounded by fjords, mountains, glaciers and waterfalls.
