Ian Smith Frusion's founder and director positively encourages growth and musical diversity through the company. We work with artists across the world placing artists in any territory and provide management for selected artists.

We work with over 150 artists worldwide, with grammy award nominees and artists of excellence in their chosen fields from new dance to Celtic through to Djs and traditional artists.. to name a few , Carmen Rizzo , La Chicana ( Aregentina ),Transglobal Underground ( UK ), Warsaw Village Band ( Poland ) , Kila and formerly manage mestizo reggae band Go Lem System who appeared at womex 2006
