Hotel Brown are one of the great undiscovered treasures of the UK roots& acoustic music scene.Band members' background includes work with such important UK folk / roots artists such as Kate Rusby, John Tams and The Angel Brothers.

Their debut album, released in September of this year and has already been selected and prominently featured by leading UK retailers such as HMV and Borders as one of the outstanding debut albums of the season.
The music of Hotel Brown has been described as 'Vocal Harmony Psych- Folk', sounding rather like a curious mix of The Mamas and the Papas and The Pentangle - with outstanding acoustic guitar work from Dave Angel and Rory Garforth.
