The "Roots Music" Festival has become
consolidated as part of the cultural program
of the city of Murcia in the month of
September. It illustrates the beginning of
the academic course and the adjustment
to daily routine after summer break. In
2008 edition, artists as renowned as Kepa
Junquera, Xarnege or Mal de Ojo took
part in this festival which venue next to
the Romea Theatre gives it an
incomparable frame.
