Following his last sell out Concert at the Cramphorn, this truly international Artist is back by popular demand.
Gaurav was an accomplished violinist when he was discovered in 1985 by Sitar Maestro Ravi Shankar who was so impressed by Gauravs talent that he accepted him as a disciple and brought him up like his own Son. In the world of music it is not easy to step out of your Guru’s shadow but Gaurav has done just that. Since 1993 Gaurav has performed world-wide as a solo performer and with Phillip Glass and Daniel Hope to packed Houses and has just released his latest album. He is the first Indian Musician to have performed inside the Vatican in Oct’99.
He will be accompanied on Tabla by the international renowned Tabla Player Shahbaz.
