From 1989 to 1999 Norbert Hausen (*1971) was responsible for the preparation and execution of numerous lecture tours ( e.g. Erich von Daeniken, Dr. Ruediger Dahlke) and other events (Konzertagentur Bertheau, Würzburg-Germany). Since 1992 he participates in the organisation of the Open-Air Festival "Songs an einem Sommerabend" of the Bayrischer Rundfunk (Bavarian TV-station). Apart from its activity as a tour leader he trained himself further in languages, music and culture work with numerous stays in Asia, Africa, Arabia and Eastern Europe. In co-operation with the Goethe Institut Inter Nationes, the Institut Français and other organisations he manages world-wide concert tours (e.g. Eastern Europe, Iran, Morocco, Tunisia, Portugal, Spain etc.) with different artists and works on the yearly programmation of the international Festival Rawafid in Morocco.
Since January 2007 Norbert Hausen lives in westafrican music metropol Dakar, Senegal where he is activ in the african culture scene. Due to the modern communiation he continues his agency activities worldwide.
