With a degree in translation specializing in caribbean lignuistic variations, Nadia EDDAIRA enters the music business as a journalist for Trace TV in 2003 where she remains until 2005.

After 2 years as a freelance translator, she is hired by José Da Silva (Lusafrica) to work in management and concert production for Artists such as Cesaria Evora, Lura, Tcheka, Yuri Buenaventura among others and also takes part in the organization of KRIOL JAZZ FESTIVAL (Praia, Cape Verde)

She also works on hip hop and reggae projects among which Vicelow (former Saian Supa Crew) and association Ilovethisdance.

Further to Cesaria Evora's death, Nadia EDDAIRA decides to launch GLOBALROOTS to use her experience to help artists, labels and festivals when and where needed.
