Idartes programs Festivales Al Parque, citizen culture program of free open air public concerts started in 1995: Rock, Hip Hop, Salsa, Jazz and Colombia al Parque. The Institute runs the City's Grants Program for Music and the Arts, the City's 5 public theaters, the Citv's cultural industries program and the program for Arts Education in public Schools (which benefits 60,000 students). The Institute supports and develops the actions of Bogota UNESCO City of Music Program.
