Paco Ruggiero is a well-known Artist in the Neapolitan World Music Network, having been for so many years arranger in his own Recording Studio (Enzo Gragnaniello, Eugenio Bennato, etc.), session-man (also with big Italian Pop Stars), producer and promoter of local events. Lately he set up "From Napoli to Persia", a project where he ideally joins the two shores of Mediterranean Sea in a sort of enchanted sonic travel... Neapolitan melodies are re-thought with a deep Arabian contamination that reflects actual day-by-day life in our Southern land so full of immigrants from North Africa and Middle-East. An amazing flovour of sounds and rhythms that manages to give a real shot of the "pulsing beat" in our city streets, a music enriched by the artistry of one of most talented Italian singers and composers on the scene.
