Alfredo Paixao is one of the most famous and in-demand bassist of the world, boasting a remarkable career as musician, composer and arranger. Alfredo is from Rio de Janeiro, but has been living in Italy for over than 15 years supporting big pop stars like Laura Pausini, Pino Daniele, etc.. In his solo album "Batucada groove" he played all the instruments and sung all the vocals by mixing batucada, bossa-nova, nu-jazz, funky and melodic ballades in a spice of Brazilian moods.
