This group is "the group" of the folk music from Hirpinia, the homeland of , one of the Naples' neighbour areas. This cd has 2 of the most famous songs from Hirpinian tradition: the Tarantella di Montemarano and the pilgrims' hymn to Madonna of Montevergine. The remaining songs are new and seem surprisingly very traditional, but are the the result of the Orlando Marano's art and researches all along his life. We can state that is one of the few "original" works in the Naples' folk field and, maybe, the most interesting of last years.
