On 31st May 2014, the Alekos Vretos Quintet will be performing at the Jazz Big Day in the Megaron, the Athens Concert Hall. The Quintet will present the upcoming CD of the group and they will do it in a celebrating manner. Music written mostly by Alekos and other composers as well, such as Ara Dinkjian, Anuar Brahem and others, rearranged traditional Arabic pieces and small surprises on stage. Also, there will be 2 new musical pieces by Alekos that will be performed that day that have never been played before by the band.
