As of now, registered professional participants, exhibitors and co-exhibitors of jazzahead! 2017 can submit their showcase application for the jazzahead! showcases 2017. NEW: The application process is run via the integrated application system on this website. Applications can be turned in for the modules German Jazz Expo (artists from Germany), the Finnish Night (Jazz from the 2017 partner country Finland), the European Jazz Meeting (European formations) and the Overseas Night (Jazz from beyond Europe). 40 showcase bands from all applications will be selected by four international juries, consisting of important decision makers of the jazz and music scene, such as festival directors and club programmers. In 2016, jazzahead! received a total of 587 applications from 43 different countries for its showcase festival. www.jazzahead.de
