The teacher and musical director of the band is Frauke Luehning. She draws a lot of inspiration from the experiences she made as a member of the steelorchestras WITCO Desperadoes and Phase II Pan Groove in Trinidad & Tobago and tries to establish this rich culture in the Netherlands.
