'TILTAN' in Hebrew language means a Clover. When you find a clover with 4 leaves, it means you are going to be lucky.
Tiltan's music is a mix of folklore - blend with contemporary composition and improvisation. The music is composed and arranged by David Golek, who has put music from his origins and his life journey all together, mixing influences from the middle east, south America, eastern Europe and north Africa & Jewish music, along with an influence of azz and a 'chamber- folk' way of writing. A strong influence is associated with film-music as well.
The result is a fresh and colorful variation of music, which is difficult to classify in a genre, leaving all room for your imagination.
The musicians joining this journey are exceptional musicians, each one in his own right.
Alex Simu (Romania) - Clarinet
Oene Van Geel (Netherlands) - Viola
Oleg Fateev (Moldavia) - Bayan
David Golek (Israel) - Guitar & Compositions
