STRUCTURES - SERVICES:

The Kawa Cultural Centre has been built according to the traditional style of the Rajasthani architecture by local artisans. The centre evokes a mix of exceptional and rich cultural heritage from nomadic life of the Thar Desert, Mughal ruins and Britannic hospitality and offers several and specific services and facilities:

A- Performing space and exhibition gallery

Whitewashed walls, a central wooden floor and a white quilted cotton fabric, tied to the ceiling render a perfect natural acoustic and a sober and refine space for this indoor room of 130 square meters.

The wooden floor, specific in this studio, provides a pleasant arrangement and comfort, and a perfect surface for the dance and physical or meditative activities.

Music, depending upon the instruments and the genre, can be played acoustically or electrical amplified for a refined sound. Musicians appreciate this specific quality.

The centre offers proper conditions for recording and filming.

The performing space offers to an audience of around 150 people, a unique and intimate interaction between themselves and the artists at the occasion of live performances.

This venue is also adapted to host conferences and various meetings.

The purity of the space offers an ideal gallery for arts and crafts exhibitions.

B- Outdoor space

An outdoor area with a stage of 11 meters by 6 meters, surrounded by a garden and a lovely landscape is at the disposal of the artists for rehearsals and outdoor live performances for a public of up to 300 peoples.
