The musical expression of Legen has its roots in preserved Croatian tradition with an inclination towards various modern musical movements including rock, punk and house.
The intent of their work is to bring the function of ritual to the forefront, as the ritual is a prominent factor in traditional chants and rhythms.
Their music represents a powerful synergy between tradition and modern music expressions. That synergy creates a process that takes one in the past to search for the roots, in order to find the meaning of today.
