New Danish World Music- Diversity as a Goal

Together with five fantastic musicians, Maria Kynne has started the orchestra Kynnes Kabale. The lyrics are humoristic and in Danish and the tunes with a twist of Balkan, Baghdad, Buenos Aires and Denmark.
Kynnes Kabale is music with an attitude. It is the story of the strength in standing together in all our diversity, told in Balkan Rhythms and harmonic minor scales. The songs are given to the audience with tales and stories from everyday life, and will certainly bring a smile, and mayby even a laugh, to those who enters the universe of the singer and songwriter Maria Kynne.
Kynnes Kabale released their first album "Hvidovrevej" in march 2011. They were presented at this years SPOT-festival and Skagen Festival.
