Les Cousins Music started in October 2007 with the English guitarist Davy Graham signed to the label. The catalogue consisted of reissues of four of his legendary sixties recordings and a new CD called "Broken Biscuits" recorded and produced by Mark Pavey. All other releases have been recorded and produced in house with manufacturing being done by Key Production Ltd in London.

Les Cousins Music currently represents four musicians; Duck Baker, Beverley Martyn, Mark Pavey and some of the the late Davy Graham's Catalogue. The label currently has a catalogue of eight records. These are distributed physically and digitally through Kudos Distribution in London. The company has produced three music videos for the artists and has designed and operated their websites.


I, (Mark Pavey) also manage the artists on the recording label; this includes PR, booking gigs and arranging tours from small venues, to large Festivals and Arts Centres. PR experience has included BBC Radio Interviews, articles in major national newspapers and contribution to two BBC documentaries - Folk Britannia and BBC2 Scotland Documentary Ealtainn. I am currently working with Acoustic Magazine on a series of instructional lessons with Duck Baker and am editing and publishing Beverley Martyn's autobiography, recording a new album and will be playing guitar for her touring 2011.

We are currently looking for worldwide touring opportunities and licenses with forward looking companies. We need to strengthen our distribution in North America and Japan.
