We are the only musical instrument museum in Hungary. We organize workshops, concerts, festivals of unusual instruments and world-music.
The Leskowsky Musical Instrument Museum is the only of its kind in Hungary. We exhibit about 1000 instruments from around the world. Located in a culturally rich, very musical town, Kecskemét, 80 kms south of Budapest, the capital. We organize workshops, small and mid-scale concerts, contribute in city festivals.
The director of the museum is Aron Szilagyi, one of the most known Jew's harp players worldwide. He organizes lots of activities in order to revive this ancient instrument.
