Liron Meyuhas is a percussion artist, band leader, singer, a teacher and creator.

A nomad with roots in the alleys of Jerusalem, Meyuhas has studied rhythm in West Africa, Jazz in Italy, Musical education B.Ed In Tel Aviv & Arabic drumming in Sinai ( Egypt) . Israel’s first female Hang drum artist, she has performed in the US, Brasil, Russia and throughout Europe.

A Percussion artist, Hang drum master, singer, performer and wanderer, Liron has been travelling the world for the past decade, searching and gathering sounds and influences. Her journey has taken her from North and West Africa, through the Sinai, to Italy's rich folkloric tradition, with roots firmly planted in the incredible complexity of Jerusalem. Liron has studied rhythm in Guinea, jazz in Sienna and musical education in Tel Aviv. These wide influences converge in a compelling live performance, celebrating both the diversity of influence and the unifying, uplifting experience that we seek in music.
