Anne has been performing the songs she writes for a very, very long time, and for almost as long her songs have been receiving attention from many other performers on the folk music circuit in the UK and the US. Her songs tell stories, sometimes based on myths and legends and sometimes based on other true stories.
She has released seven albums of her songs to date on her own "Hearthfire" label, and the eighth, "A Twist in the Story" will be available at WOMEX prior to full release on her return to her home country of Wales.
Anne also works as a storyteller and a workshop facilitator, and is therefore a valuable asset to any festival.
She speaks fluent French, some German and a little Spanish.
